Chicken is popular not only because it is relatively inexpensive, but also due to its low fat content and a large amount of nutrients. The following is a recipe for chicken in the oven with vegetables with photos.

  • Chicken drumstick – 6 pieces;
  • Zucchini – 3 pieces;
  • Green beans – 400 grams;
  • Red onion – 2 pieces;
  • Tomato – 3 pieces;
  • Garlic – 3 cloves;
  • Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp. spoon;
  • Sour cream (15%) – 300 grams;
  • Salt, spices (a mixture of ground peppers).

Fry the chicken legs in vegetable oil until half cooked. Place them in any container.

In the same frying pan, you need to saute the beans and red onion chopped into half rings. Frying time 7-10 minutes.

In a deep container, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, spices, pressed garlic and salt.

In a glass baking dish, distribute the fried vegetables evenly and place on top chicken legs, the last layer is tomatoes, cut into large slices. Fill the container with the dish with sour cream sauce, bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes at t=180 o.

Diet muffins - prepared for the benefit of the body

If your body is deficient in vitamins, then chicken breast with zucchini in the oven is what you need! These muffins are full of protein and nutrients that are so necessary for health. To prepare we will need:

  • Chicken breast fillet – 1 kg;
  • Zucchini – 1 pc.;
  • Carrots – 2 pcs.;
  • Onion – 2 pcs.;
  • Fresh parsley and dill - 1 small bunch each;
  • Olive oil;
  • Salt, ground pepper;
  • Paper molds for muffins (cupcakes).

Chicken fillet, washed in cold water, pass through a meat grinder. You can use purchased minced meat, however, if you cook it yourself, you can be sure that it does not contain excess fat or any additives.

Cut the carrots and onions into small cubes and fry in a frying pan in olive oil.

Peel the zucchini, grate it on a coarse grater, and squeeze out excess moisture. Finely chop the greens with a knife.

Combine all prepared ingredients in a deep bowl, add salt and spices.

With wet hands, form the mixture into balls and place in muffin tins.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30-35 minutes.
