  • Canned mushrooms— 200 g.

Preparation:

  1. I remove the liver from the can, mash it with a fork and combine it with finely chopped pre-boiled eggs. I make mashed potatoes from boiled potatoes, add a little butter and the remnants of the liver that remained in the jar.
  2. I cut the white fragment of the leek stalk into circles and place it on a dish. It makes a wonderful pillow. I put chopped mushrooms mixed with puree on top, coat it with mayonnaise and spread peas.
  3. I make another layer of puree with mushrooms, coat it with mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese.

  2. In a separate bowl, boil the eggs with salt. After cooling, I peel it and pass it through a coarse grater. I take the cod liver out of the jar and gently mash it with a fork.
  3. Place chopped onion in a salad bowl, add grated eggs, liver and cooked rice. I pour in the amount of mayonnaise specified in the recipe and stir. The salad is ready.

  • Parsley - 1 small bunch.
  • Favorite dressing.

Preparation:

  1. I pour water over the lettuce leaves, dry them with napkins, tear them with my hands and distribute them on a plate.
  2. I cut the cod liver into moderate cubes, cut the olives in half, and carefully chop the greens.
  3. I boil the quail eggs, wait for them to cool, peel them and put them through a grater.
  4. I place cod liver on lettuce leaves, prepared olives and chopped parsley on top.
  5. I use it to decorate salad quail eggs and chopped dill.
Usually I don’t season the appetizer with anything, but in some cases I add a little mayonnaise or lemon juice.

Preparation:

  1. I pour water over the potatoes and carrots, dry them, wrap them in foil and put them in the oven for half an hour. I bake vegetables at 180 degrees. Vegetables can be boiled, but baked ones will give the salad a richer flavor.
  2. I boil the eggs hard, peel them, separate them into whites and yolks. Finely chop the onion and pour boiling water over it. After a few minutes in hot water it will become soft and lose its bitterness.
  3. I'm making the sauce. I mix yogurt with mustard, a little salt and pepper.
  4. I'm starting to create the dish. I put the potatoes through a grater on a dish with high straight sides and brush them with sauce.
  5. I make layers of onions and carrots. I coat each layer with sauce. Then I use cod liver crushed with a fork and sprinkle with chopped dill. I make the next two layers from white and yolk.
  6. Lastly, I send the formed appetizer to a cold place for an hour. This is enough time for the salad to soak thoroughly. To decorate the delicacy I use dill sprigs.
