Ingredients:

Lasagna sheets - 12 pieces for a small deep form
Cottage cheese 9% granular - 550 g
Hard cheese with a soft creamy taste – 250 g
Milk – 2 cups
Cream – 1 glass
Sour cream – 60-70 g, but you may need a little more, it all depends on the cottage cheese
Salt - a pinch
Egg raw
Butter – 85-100 g
Flour – 50 g

Cooking lasagna

Place the cottage cheese in a cup, add salt to taste, add the beaten egg and stir.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, divide into three portions and stir one into the cottage cheese.

Add sour cream and mix the ingredients well again. The mass should not be dry, but it should not spread.

Melt a stick of butter in a small saucepan.

Without removing the dish from the heat, add flour.

Quickly mix it with the oil using a whisk.

You should end up with a thick, smooth mass.

Remove the saucepan from the heat and pour milk into it in portions, stirring constantly.

If you stir well, you'll have a creamy, lump-free sauce, but you're not done cooking it yet.

Pour cream into the sauce, add salt and heat over heat for 2 minutes, then add a second portion of grated cheese.

Just warm up the mixture again, stirring constantly. It will turn out thick and a little viscous due to the melted cheese.

Place a layer of lasagna sheets in the pan and coat well with sauce.

Place some of the filling, smooth it over the surface and lightly pour the sauce over it. So collect all the “floors” of the dish.


Pour the sauce over the top, final plates of dough, sprinkle with a third of the cheese and bake in the oven.

1. If you suddenly don’t have enough sauce, pour a little milk into the lasagna pan.

2. Start cooking on the lower level of the oven for 20 minutes, then switch to normal mode for 35 minutes. Set the oven temperature to 180 degrees.
